If you are unable to perform the necessary task to make a warranty claim, we are able to help you with that. The Warranty Assessment Inspection will dispatch our team out to your home in the service area to collect all of the necessary pictures & tag information that the manufacturer will require to process your warranty.
If the warranty is approved, we will notify you via email or phone and order a replacement right away. Once the replacement mattress has arrived, we will call to schedule delivery of product. This service is only applicable to original delivery address on the original sales receipt. If mattress has been relocated, please call our store for price verification. Service is only available up to 30 miles from our Pelham Warehouse location.
